Japanese the letter 'W' is often used to connote "double" or "extra" as in
English (although we tend to forget) the letter is actually two u's or
Double U. This spell is not "White Meteo" as was often rumored. Nor can you
learn it as a white magic spell. The missing spell slots in FF-II were for
the Shell, Protect, and Dispel spells which were dummied. |
